On September 21st at The Stellan Bar/Restaurant and Amelia Meloni PR joined forces to pull off one more fabulous event for Fashion Week. The event at its core was a networking Gala for professionals of NYC, who are engaged in Technology, Business and Fashion. It featured the evening wear of Richard Quiñones, Mina D. Jewelry (worn by all the ladies in this article) and the styles of  Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio of Bandit Rubio Designs.

Richard has been been designing for a long time. He sleeps, breaths &lives fashion. He works freelance at the fashion industry as a pattern maker/draper. He also does his own collection which ranges from sportwear to evening gowns.

Anthony Rubio's one of a kind creations have been featured on TMZ, Perez Hilton, The Today Show, news broadcast on CBS (3 times), Fox, NBC (twice), CNN (twice), ABC, USA Today, Sports Illustrated (twice), Cable Vision's Pet Talk, Animal Planet, LX New York, Multiple stories on Chance TV, VH1's Best Week Ever and his creation of Donald Trump with signature comb over on his muse Bandit went viral and landed in an International TV commercial for Comedy Central.
